Business Development (Online Bidding – Elance) – Minimum 1 year experience – Apply

Job Profile:

1. Responsible for bringing a new business through online bidding portal Elance [Web Development and Search Engine Marketing (SEO)]
2. Preparing suitable bids & proposals and making negotiations to provide the best offer to clients
3. Generating new business from existing clients through Elance
4. Responding to RFQ / RFPs
5. Meeting set sales and revenue targets on a month to month basis
6. Managing client accounts right from the conversion to closure (throughout project life cycle)
7. Interaction with technical team to get the job done seamlessly
8. Direct involvement throughout the sales cycle (Pre-Sales to Post-Sales)

Desired Candidate:

1. Candidate should have relevant experience in the past in business development profile
2. Good experience & knowledge of online bidding, specifically Elance
3. Domain experts with SEO/SEM and Web Development (PHP, ASP.NET, Open Source) sales skills will be considered
4. Excellent writing and communication skills to handle international clients

SEO Executive (Search Engine Optimizer) – Minimum 1 year experience – Apply

Job Profile:

1. Keywords research and analysis
3. On-site Optimization (optimizing the website as per target keywords as per guidelines set by Google)
4. Off-site Optimization and should include..
   a. Link Building – One-way and reciprocal links
   b. Directory submission
   c. Article submissions
   d. Press release submissions
   e. RSS Feed generation and submission
   f. Blog postings and commenting
   g. Forum submissions / postings
   h. Signature linking
   i. Social Bookmarking – High PR networks like digg, del.icio.us etc.
   j. Social Media Optimization and Networking
5. Ability to handle projects independently with a set of team
6. Taking the responsibility to deliver desired/expected results for different projects
7. Regular Reporting to Team Leader or Project Manager

Desired Skill Set:

1. Ability to perform all above activities to ensure maximum benefit
2. Good and relevant experience SEO/SEM on the same profile
3. Knowledge of all past and recent SEO guidelines / updates
4. Ability to get site ranked to the top of the search engines, specially Google

6. Knowledge of basic HTML, PHP, ASP or ASP.net would be an added advantage
7. Ability to handle multiple projects at a time
